This will mostly be a character gallery.
Image
Rendered character and clothes in Maxwell
No retouching/adjusting of character - straight from Maxwell
Used zbrush, marvelous designer 2, Softimage, photoshop
I will re-render this at some point when I can get displacements working right...
Any crits or guidance on displacements and bumps welcome!

Really good work and interesting concept. Always happy to see character renders being done out of Maxwell so this gallery should be a fun one to watch. :)

Awesome -- I'm really interested to hear how you feel about working with the Marvelous Designer and ZBrush combo... I've been curious to try MD.

Best,
Jason.

Thanks for the feedback - working on a new render soon. Just resolved some displacement stuff, figuring out sss now. Btw - any good tut's on sss for skin/characters?

Half Life - MD2 is great. Very easy to work with. Try the demo - there are a lot of samples and they can be easily re-sized/fitted for different characters. They have an active forum and very responsive team... and they update often.
