Maxwell Render

I recently installed the educational render suite and activated the software with the license i received in the mail. However, when i export from the sketchup plugin (not standalone version) to maxwell, it puts the watermark in the image but says that the image is well over 800 pixels in both width and height.

I activated the product in the maxwell render application but the studio application says that its still unregistered.

What do i need to do get this rolling. Im on a tight deadline.
