I'm rendering a panorama like QTVR, with 6 pictures taken up, down, left, right, back. I can't point a camera directly up or down. If I do, the render goes black.

Is there a way I can set an upvector for a camera using pymaxwell? Or some other trickery?

Can you cheat and move it a tiny fraction off of straight up/down?

What Software do you use to set up the camera?
Maxwell for Rhino renders just fine for cameras pointing straight down or up
