brian, have you thought about rendering out the same shots/sequences by matting out the water and foliage, turning off motion blur and enabling displacement for the rock? then comping the two together? don't know what the outcome would be, but that rock is begging for displacement!

just a thought that came to mind

Hey Tom, that's a good idea, but I'm done with that image... time to move on!

Here's an update to an older project. I was pleased with the way the lighting and materials turned out, but as for the design... it is my former place of employment, so I will say nothing more. :) This was rendered at 4000 x 2250 to S.L. 22 with 9 ML sliders.
